Conflicting details, unverifiable lab information, and fan-led checks fuel skepticism over viral medical report

Self-styled relationship expert Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, is once again at the center of controversy after an alleged copy of her cancer test result surfaced online, intensifying debate over her health claims.

The social media personality had earlier stirred widespread concern when she tearfully announced she was battling stage four cancer. While the disclosure drew sympathy from some quarters, others questioned its authenticity, with critics — including Ratel president Martins Vincent Otse (VDM) — calling for proof.

In a new twist, a document purported to be her medical report was shared online, alongside an interpretation claiming the condition had spread to fatty tissue. The post also recommended further immune chemistry testing.

However, the leaked result has only deepened suspicion. Several social media users flagged inconsistencies, questioning the credibility of the diagnostic centre listed on the document. Attempts by some to verify the facility reportedly failed, with no trace of its existence in Enugu State. Others claimed the contact number on the report led to an unrelated individual, further raising eyebrows.

Adding to the doubt, critics pointed out the absence of key medical indicators, including any clear mention of stage four cancer, while others noted the lack of a proper hospital letterhead and verifiable address.

Despite the controversy, reactions remain mixed. While some expressed concern and offered prayers for her recovery, others maintained that the report appeared questionable and demanded clearer, verifiable evidence.

As the debate rages on, Blessing CEO has yet to publicly address the authenticity concerns surrounding the alleged test result.
